Cancellation and Missed Appointment Policy
Effective January 1, 2026, Summit Family Dental Care will implement an updated cancellation policy. A fee of $30.00 will be assessed for any missed appointment or for any appointment canceled without a minimum of 48 business hours’ notice.
This policy is designed to promote fairness in scheduling and to ensure that appointment times are available to other patients in need of care. Patients are responsible for notifying our office in a timely manner if they are unable to attend a scheduled appointment. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in the application of the stated fee, which must be paid prior to future appointments.
