Summit Family Dental Care will become an out-of-network provider with MetLife Dental Insurance effective April 1, 2026.

What this means for you:
• Payment will be due at the time of your visit
• We will still submit your insurance claim on your behalf
• MetLife will reimburse you directly according to your plan benefits

This decision was not made lightly. After years of increasing administrative requirements and declining reimbursements, we made the choice to focus on providing the highest level of care and service to our patients — without insurance-driven limitations.
